It's very hard to answer your questions...

All of those factors depend on the traffic source and offer(s) that you intend to use. If you give more information about the campaign you're working on maybe we will be able to give you better advice.

I had very bad experience with google ppc, after they have charged me for the ads review and accepted it I have added more funds to my balance and 2 days later they stopped my ads claiming that my landing page are a bridge for another website.

You could use an article about exercises on your landing page and place your banners.

I use a normal page on my website as landing page with some casino banners and other games with not much content just Play for free and win real money. it works well, just a thought.

Finaly google shoot me out and terminiated my adword account permenatly. Hopefully they dont blacklist my website there my account registered with. It's in the 24th place on google allready after 4 monthes old. Google wont exeplain why. and I have to guess what rule I have broken with their never end TOS and Publishing rules. All I have done before they terminate my account is placing a banner for free iphone and redirecting from a .tk domain.

  That's the difficult task with PPC. You better to make a landing page with an optin form and make a list. Then promote CPA offers. That's the simple and working method in these days.

A landing page is simply the page that the potential customer lands on; The page they will first come to when clicking your link.

A squeeze page is usually a landing page, but it will try to capture the customers E-mail address before they move onto the rest of your website, or to the offer you're promoting.

Depending on the offer you're promoting, or the website the customer is going to, Landing pages and squeeze pages are good for different scenarios.

For example, Landing pages work well with PPV, as you can grab the surfers attension. Squeeza pages work well with PPC, as you can offer an incentive for their e-mail address, before they go through to the main website/Offer.

Ok, I mean no offense when asking this, but have you had any experience with squeeze pages and list building in the past? As it seems you're not too sure what you're doing.

I'd start off first by saying if you are intending on building a list, then use Aweber for your autoresponder, as I feel that they are the most user-friendly, and newbie-friendly.

Aweber has a Web form feature, meaning you will create a web form, with specified fields, and you will then be given html to add to your squeeze page (This is alot easier than it sounds, they explain how to do very well. If you still aren't comfortable, one of their web masters will do it for a small fee)

Once you have your web form on your squeeze page, you then need to drive traffic to it, and test conversions.

TESTING is important with lanfing pages, simple changes could change your opt-in rate from 15% to 75%. You just have to test what works. PPC is great for this if you have the funds.

If your knowledge on Squeeze pages is low, I suggest you just read up about them on the forum.

The HTML on I contact is a little different.

Where as with Aweber, you paste the HTML into the area you want it inside your HTML editor.

Which HTML editor are you using? Kompozer?

  Right, well, you need to open your squeeze page, then go onto the code tab (Bringing up all the HTML and script).
  
  Icontact should tell you where that code needs to be placed. The beauty of doing this with Aweber is that it's incrediblely simple, you just put the code where you want it. But with Icontact you have to be specific.

I don't know about iContact but make sure that whatever autoresponder you use, you can have multiple lists. The first autoresponder I tried, you could only make 1 list which means you can only promote 1 thing in 1 niche. If you want to grow a real internet marketing business, you'll eventually want to promote a number of different things in a number of different niches which means you will need to be able to manage multiple lists. The most popular autoresponder by far is Aweber but there are others, like Mailchimp which are also very popular. I like YMLP.
