Next time follow a testing phase rule for your campaigns.
Look at both impressions and Clicks.

You'll have your own method but usually if 2500 impressions and no clicks...get rid of the ad and so on.

Glad that you posted this so us fellow warriors can guide and help you make some more $$$

Ahhh, I'm all to familiar with those types of conversion numbers.

For me, I try and limit my initial testing to 3 variables: CTR, conversions, and sources. It helps to keep my expenses down.

        Good luck.

Are you using Google AdWords? If so, that can drain your pocket really fast, as you have seen.

There are some other PPC companies that A LOT cheaper than Google If you do a Google search for pay per click advertising you will find lots of them

With PPC you do need to do a lot of testing till you find what works, then you dump what doesnt.

I have played with Facebook PPC but not enough to give you solid advice, other than test different ads against each other, keep the winners, kill the losers.

Keep us up to date though, its always motivation for others when you can read someone else IM journals.

It is nice to see a conversion .

The rest is to optimize your campaign .

Focus on tight demographics , especially the age range . Test tight age demographics.

It is also advisable to work on getting higher CTR . It could help you pay low CPC.

Agree with the previous posts, lessen expenditures by focusing on a niche market. Pay only for campaigns/keywords used by your market.
