I have had fair success with ADT's first page submit offer. It is currently 28 dollars at the network I use for it just for 6 fields which is pretty good. The approach I decided to try out is forcing FEAR. Basically I just hired someone to stick ads on every door in neighborhoods. Preferably middle class neighborhoods. The flyer copy was very simple. Here is the Jist of it.

NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT!
The number of home invasions have increased dramatically in this area!!!
Please let us give you a call and briefly discuss your options of home security so we can help PROTECT your family's life before it's too late.

That's it. Power of numbers applies here. I have 4 people each in a different city doing this for me. More houses, more money. Give it a try if your struggling to make any money.

Also if anyone also promotes adt, any extra tips or methods would be cool.

How much have you made of this? Also is the merchant ok with this promotion technique?

Have the number of home invasions actually increased in these areas? I understand the fear motivator, but I don't know that I would want to make that statement without statistics to back up the claim.

the merchant is ok with offline flyer promo yes. No specifics were discussed so take it as it is. This is just a stream i dont do any work on so its only pulling in avg 3 leads each day but thats good money to me.

I'm afraid nothing in the life of advertising is ever 100% truth. Take a look at ANY advert you see and really ask yourself that!
If you can push some borders you will make a lot more money... Now i'm not saying that's the right route but just have a think

Big thumbs up for the creative marketing technique! Even if it may or may not be completely truthful, alarm systems can't hurt, so whether home invasions are up or not, they are still making an effort to protect themselves and their families.

As for the the "statistics" comment, you can probably look this information up or call the local precincts around the area that your flyer boys are posting around. If you are indeed doing this in middle-class neighborhoods like you said, chances are home-invasions are happening. I know in my neighborhood they happen often enough to get some people worried. Home-invasions happen in middle-class neighborhoods because it's more plausible for crooks to make a killing. See if you can get some sort of statistic, and slap it on that flyer. A percentage or something like that could possibly get people to be even more alarmed, and perhaps you can get a few more leads?

      Good luck!

Or maybe.... shack up with some crooks, go flyer the streets. If they don't sign up, have them done over - Sky rocketing conversions then

    p.s - That was a joke!

Good addition @Matthew adding some sort of statistics would probably help conversions a bit more to add a bit more realism to the flyer. Definitely will have a go with that and split test it. Any more suggestions are welcome.

p.s and about the truth of it actually increasing or not, i mean who cares, the point here is for them to protect their home. There WILL be home invasions in that neighborhood regardless, so that is all I really care about.

I can't tell you what networks have this program, but I'm sure you can find it with some Google Searching...

ADT pays up to $300.00 for actual sales.

I have tried promoting ADT because of the high payout, but I couldn't even get any leads. If you are getting 3 leads per day, I wouldn't be surprised if you are getting actual sales too. Especially considering the type of offline marketing you are doing. So, definitely do some searches for Affiliate Networks that have the ADT per sale campaign. You could be making a lot of money.

@friendclk yes the network im with has both the lead and the sale offers, just havent jumped over the sale offer yet because the lead offers come in pretty easy, not sure how many of those are converting to sales, but I really do need to try sales, thanks

Why not go for that? You have nothing to lose right? Or maybe put both the phone number and website on their. That will definitely help for getting leads on the older people.

Actually, the ADT offer on CJ doesn't allow offline marketing such as flyers if you look at the restrictions. I immediately thought of this after reading your post. I make most my money from pay per call. I wish there were more people talking about it.

I see that you been making money with pay per call, I've been doing this for a couple months now, focusing mostly on allstate auto campaign, what are some of the techniques you have been using to drive calls? I can't pm or post my email yet I'm new, so if you see this, If you dont mind I'd like to know what has been working for you.

          thanks,

ADT offers are great if you know what you're doing. Don't jump right in because you will most likely get banned from the offer. Make sure you plan out your campaign before hand.
