    Better to answer NO, because being incentive will limit you for a specific campaigns.
    Incentive means that you are offering people something in exchange to complete an offer or campaign like points or anything else. Some websites offer points on completing surveys.

    It depends .

    If you are promoting incentive offers , then you can offer incentives . But , if you are offering normal offers , it is not allowed to incentivize them .

    Incentive offers are those that you have the visitor complete the lead and you give him/her something in return. It is obvious that the lead's quality is low and most of advertisers do not prefer this kind of leads. Therefore, the payout is much lower but probably the conversion rate is higher than usual.

    If you know how to promote incentive offers then there is good money to be made!
