[HELP] What can I improve?

Hi,
recently I thought that it would be time to get more experience and knowledge in CPA. I made around 200$ with Email-Submits and youtube videos, but I am not a fan of this money-making method. I am pretty good in SEO, so I try to achieve an autopilot income, once I'm ranking.

So, there's my new site. I am already getting some traffic(15UV/day from Google, 10 UV/day from twitter&youtube). I had 2 conversions, but that's it. I have a conversation rate of ~5% which is pretty annoying.

My site:
Code:
free-itunes-gift-card-codes.info
What would you improve? How can I increase the Conversation Rate?

Thanks in Advance and Have a good Day
Max

I think your site is pretty nice.

Have you already tried to let the Content Locker popup when someone clicks on the Download Button on the main page?

Hey....Just some feedback for you...The website is all content right now. My guess is that you have users hitting the site, seeing the large block of copy and leaving...

Look at this site: Free iTunes Gift Card

Similar to yours but the banners and the break up of copy makes it more appealing to the eye. also, this site leaves out the e-Book Step. You have to think that consumers are going to visit the site to get the I-tunes Gift Card, they most likely are not interested in reading and subscribing to an E-Book about how to get the card, they want the card when they hit your domain.

My suggestion, break up the text with more images (images of popular music artists perhaps?), have the content locker deploy as soon as they hit the site instead of waiting for the user to hit the download call to action for the E-Book.

I think you'll see an increase in conversions as soon as you make this change but that's just my opinion.

      Best of luck to you.

        Thanks for your answer.
I think changing the Content and making it more attractive is a good idea.

        To your second idea:
How can I let them make offers when i promise them a free itunes gift card, which doesn't exist? I do not wanna get in trouble with my Network or so. After unlocking the content, they should get what i promised them.

        Know what I mean?
        Cheers

I know what you're saying, well you're providing them with the E-Book which will show them how to get I-Tune's gift cards right? Continue to do the same just move the content locker up in the process as soon as they hit the page, dont force them to hit download to view the offers...

Then once they fill out an offer via the content locker, i would just have a large Download call to action with some copy letting the user know they're one step away from unlocking the secrets of free I-tunes Gift Cards...

Just to keep you updated, after implementing all the ideas from this thread, there was an improvement.

Now as I am getting more traffic, I am getting more conversions. Right now the ConversionRate is ~9%, which is pretty nice for me.

Thanks to all people who answered.

      Have a great day

I think 5% conversion rate is not too bad. Probably you need more traffic. Also, I think a .org .net or .com domain ranks better than a .info one! What is your website's rank in the exact match search?

I have quite a lot .info domains on spot #1, in my opinion it is not harder to rank them as net or com.

It does not rank yet, site is up since a few days, why?

Which content locking network do you use for your site?

I'll say that the content is great, spacing it out would be more appealing, also try to have a graphic banner at the top.

Another thing, have you tested the color schemes? the page seems very bright to me. If you look at Itunes ad samples, their graphics backgrounds are usually grey, whites and black, while the pictures add the contrast. Maybe being consistent with brand identity might help with your conversions.

GET A FREE ITUNES GIFT CARD CODES NOW:

This is grammatically incorrect. It should read:

"Get a Free iTunes Giftcard Code Now"

Made it less bright, isn't really similar to Apple colors but it looks good and I'm fine with that. Thanks for your answer.

Oops. Fixed it, thanks, haven't noticed that one.

Amazing news, very happy to hear you've seen an improvement.

Can we see the site now to see the changes you implemented?

As you may know split testing is the key here! It might take you a few days to test everything out, but then you will know what brings you the best ROI! I had a few suggestions though, which could potentially set you up for different split tests.

Suggestion setup #1: Our network AdWorkMedia.com also offers content lockers, a lot of our users like to use the DELAY feature we have. This way you can suck in some users with the first paragraph and then all of a sudden the content locker will pop up, hopefully your text has got them so interested in the offer, that they will complete a survey to keep reading!

    Suggestion for setup #2:
I noticed that your side banners, and mid text links, when clicked simply auto scroll you to the bottom of the page so that they can click your button. Instead have you tried having the content locker pop up right after they press any link on your site? This could also induce more conversions.

Suggestion #3: Play around with your text in the Content Locker. Try something along the lines of "Complete a quick survey to Instantly get more info on your Free Itunes Giftcard", I noticed you used the word "redirected" and we have noticed that this word alone can cause people to sway away from an offer. No one likes to get redirected to a new website, they want to get what they want NOW!

Thanks! Gateway is now also shown when visitor clicks on the banner or link. Fixed also the text on the Gateway a bit. I'll check if conversion rate improves!
