How to maintain a Porn Site

Hi Warriors,
I am these days looking to build a porn site. I have came to know that you cannot copy other sites images or videos because of copyright. Is that right????? But if this exists, then I can't make my own 200+ porn videos. lollll

Help me in this that how to get videos and images for my porn site.

    2. Set up tripod with camcorder.
    3. Hire actors.
    4. Upload videos
    5. Write an ebook telling people how to make a million.

    If you do not plan to make your own films, then I would say you have these options:
    1) Create a community where user share their homemade videos(like youporn,pornhub et cetera)
    2) Get the rights for some pictures/scenes(buy them!)

      Learn about the legal issues first before you start anything. 2257 Compliance is required or you'll be in jail and shut down in no time. Unless you're out of the country then you might get away with it. But if you want to be legit running it in United States you might want to find out about all the legal issues first.

        In all seriousness I think this would be a difficult niche to break into and have any success at. There's so much stuff out there already, including tons of free stuff -- or so I've been told.

        Many, many years ago I investigated what was required to start an adult site. Back then there were networks you could join that would supply you the images and videos, so you could in effect be an affiliate making commissions off people paying to join whatever network you used. Then your main efforts would go into driving traffic to your site.

        I don't know if this is how the industry still operates, but it would certainly eliminate the headaches of trying to start something from scratch. You might try Googling "adult webmasters" or "adult website networks" and see what you find.

    The big influx in people in mainstream is because the free tube sites have really hurt the adult affiliate scene. If you're going to do adult the biggest thing is making sure who follow all the 2257 rules

    Unless you start making your own movies, it'ts a hard business to break into. Read all of the rules, perhaps pan the market, and see if you still really want to get into it. If you want to go that route, by all means give it a shot. But, I just want you to make sure you tread lightly. Legal issues and a tough journey may be ahead.

    If it does work out, you can really make a killing in the industry though (from what I hear).

    I used to run adult many moons ago and well but the tube sites killed it, theres not many niches you wont find for free now.
    I know if i want pr0n i can get it for free so can everyone else so unless your niche is micro micro micro niche like Midget Lesbian Grannies and you have massive chunks of cash then it's going to be hard to play in the field.

    Money is bestiality though (If you wanna dice with illegal) :p and know i'm not into it! haha

    Just seeing this post.

    Will it be safe to just buy a domain and just simply EMBED videos from some of those other popular tubesites..... not like I would try to change any ads in the videos or whatever.

    Would it be ILLEGAL to just embed these videos ?

    Throw up some affiliate banners ....etc etc

    Could work or not?
