Is it against regulations to complete regular CPA offers on a mobile device?

Once it is a truly lead and it is adding value for the CPA campaign there is no problem. Could you please explain a bit more regarding your concern?

Following your explanation if email is allowed marketing and guided by CAN-SPAM compliance I do not see any problem on that.

Just wondering if a regular CPA offer could be completed through the phone or if theres rules against it.

Most CPA offers taking WAP and/or mobile traffic are going to be mobile optimized. Would a regular cpa offer be against it? It's best to just ask your AM to inquire with the advertiser if they will accept the traffic.

This forum can't answer that question, it's pure speculation unless they own a specific offer they are talking about. Contact your AM, relay to advertiser and you will have a concrete answer. Simple as that.

OfferMobi has been good on their offers. They are mobile-only ads and render well. What I have found is that creating an opt-in form on a mobile-ready blog that passes them off to the CPA offer works well for me.

I've been a member here for some time but never post so I hope this is a way to give back to this community.
I just set up an offline method walmart zip submits using flyers on cars in their lots. My spin is I have them text "1000walmart' to "DOTNET" (368638) and that sends them a mobile email form telling them to enter email then confirm email and follow instructions to get their giftcard. This is my aweber AR so I get their email then I set confirmation page to CPA email submit. I can now market to them more.
My flyer says they have to fill out survey so they know before they text they have to do something to get their giftcard so this should be a good lead for the advertiser.
