Wanting to know where Microsoft Ad Network stacks as far as paid traffic.

I'm just considering getting into PPC for CPA type campaigns and was wondering if some of you might have a short list of the traffic sources you like to work with, with maybe some comparison of how these sites stack up against one another with traffic quality vs. price cost/benefit analysis type information.
Also, in particular, I was wondering where Microsoft Ad Network PPC stacks up in your estimation. Earlier in my IM career I had done some advertising with Microsoft, pretty much because Google Adsense didn't like my 'mostly affiliate' landing pages but Microsoft was okay with it. So I'm curious about what others think of them because I have some experience there.
