Adscend Media- How to promote offers?

Please forgive me if this question sounds noobish..

Today I got accepted in adscend media, I am trying CPA for the first time. When I logged in it says me to fill form W8 tax form. I really don't have idea about such things. I am non US resident, and there are lots of confusing options over there. I found irs pdf, but didn't got the thing. Please someone help me to figure out options. I am Indian.

Plus there is affiliate manager, do I have to contact him? What he does? I chose to use PPC and E-mail marketing, now if I promote any other[CPA on my blog] offers will he ban me? I didn't found FAQ on their website.

    Your affiliate manager will be able to help you get started! The affiliate manager is there to serve your needs, they can help you pick high performing offers in the categories that you intend to try out or whatever you have questions about.

    Hi Mark367,

    by coincidence I filled the W8 tax form today for Adscend Media. I also wasn't sure about some of the fields in the form, but I contacted my Adscend affiliate manager and we easily worked it out. So I recommend you do contact your AM, he will help you out with filling the tax form and answer any questions you might have.
