CAP Lead offer not showing up I have added code to singlepost.php and to the image but nothing help!

I managed to get it working yesterday on one of my blogs, I went out and came back and implemented the same exact method and now it's not working. I have simply placed the main code below:

In to the singlepost.php which is what my affiliate manager told me to do, which worked first off all. So I got to Appearance/Editor/singlepost.php and place the code there in between the Header check out the shot:


Lastly I upload an image which is just .jpg and then view the HTML code via the blog, I then grab the main code which is:
onclick="startGateway('MTk1MDc3');"
And view the example it gives me here:
Image HTML Example:
<img src="http://yourdomain.com/image.gif" onclick="startGateway('MTk1MDc3');" />
Button HTML Example:
<input type="button" value="Click Here!" onclick="startGateway('MTk1MDc3');" />
I then simply place the code like this with 1 space exactly from the png:


But when I have saved it I click on the image and nothing is happening at all, I cant work out why it's suddenly decided to stop working because it was fine before. Perhaps someone can let me know where I am going to wrong or something I would really appreciate it.

      Have you checked carefully if the code you posted is 100% accurate and not missing anything? It happens sometimes with me.

    I have just tested it and it works for me click on the image to the right under Russian Ladies to see it Free Online Dating Service For Singles | Online Dating
    What I did is:
    Place your code <script type="text/javascript" src="http://trackingoffer.info/cpalock.php?pub=148091"></script> in the header.php right after /title like this:

    </title>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://trackingoffer.info/cpalock.php?pub=148091"></script>

    Then create a text widget and make it look like this code:

    <IMG SRC="http://www.yoursite.com/image" onclick="startGateway('MTk1MjEy');" width=190 height=240 border=0>
