HOW to create a CPM Ad Network

Hello Warriors,
I want to learn how to create a CPM Ad Network company.

I have been looking online for instruction and i am unable to find any great tutorial. I figured that Warriors on this forum have more than enough experience to help me with this project.

    First you need a platform, then you need partners to fill your impressions, either by other networks or direct advertisers.

    Finding the right platform is harder. You got the selfhosted one and the hosted ones.

    I currently run a platform that costs minimum 1200$ a month. its called openx enterprise.

    So how many impressions do you have per day?
