Hey,

I'm hearing different explainations form different people so im hoping ill get a definitive answer here.

riha--ailluminati.com <- replace -'s with n's is my site that ive been running for 3-4 day's, I wanted to find out if this sort of site would be allowed for a non-incent offer.

also

is it still incent when your not promoting anything else but the product that is your offer for example : "why not click here to get a free $500 ipod" <- is that considered incent? im not giving them anything other than the chance to win a $500 ipod which is the offer so is that okay?

That would be considered incent since you are telling them if you click here you could win an ipad. You are incenting them to click. Even giving away raffle tickets is a form of incent. There are tons of incentive networks out there that you can work with though, ours being one.

No, that would not be considered incent. You're not giving anything to people who do the offer, you're just adding extra wording to try and get people to do the offer to get the offer 'prize'. You're not the one giving away the iPod. You might want to say instead, "Why not click here to try and win a free $500 iPod?"

Sorry for the confusion. Incent means you, yourself, are giving something for successful completion of an offer. If you get paid for a lead, sale, etc., and you give something, anything, to the person who was responsible for you getting paid - that's incent. I hope that makes it clear.
