cpa offers for offline advertising

hi
can anyone recommend good cpa offers for offline advertising. offers that you personally had good luck with.

offline meaning:
newspaper ads
classified ads
magazine ads.

i keep going in circle for cpas and nothing is working out.

    You need to pick a niche and traffic source and really figure it out before moving all or like you are experiencing you will go in circles.

    For offline CPA I have only have success with well known offers like Netflix and Gamefly

    I do personally know people who also do teeth whitening offers at dentistry places.

      Magazine and newspaper ads can be pretty expensive unless you don't mind being on the pages that are just pure spam with hundreds of ads on them, in which case your ad REALLY has to stand out from the others.

      Big brands that people recognise usually work well offline. Also make money online / work from home type offers work well offline as pretty much everyone needs more money.

      Free stuff like those free ipad offers and free gas cards can sometimes work well with offline traffic if you just spam them out there with flyers, noticeboards, street signs etc. For example take a free gas card offer and stick signs up at every gas station you can find.. it works if you don't mind doing the grunt work or pay someone to do it for you.

      Some people have good results by putting big signs up on busy intersections and other high traffic areas and someone I know actually built a pretty big "business opportunity" list by putting giant stickers all over his car and a big sign up near his house lol.

    Isn't there an issue with getting Networks to approve you using offline that they can only see is coming in from a redirect domain? Since they don't know if you are using quality ads or more shady sources like Craigslist spam.

    Is this an "ask forgiveness after, not permission" issue?
