Landing Page idea

Hello all...

I am thinking for landing page to dispay any gif image like "Please wait! Page is loading in X-sec" and then redirected to affiliate link.

How ppc netword will consider this type of landing page? Will they approve?

Is there any wp plugin to do this? (ie page/post redirect with time delay?)

    I think that may be against your affiliate network's tos to do it that most affiliate networks do not allow that kind of redirecting to go on. Its almost like "clickjacking" in a way.

      I thought instead of direct linking this would be better in ppc.

    I think that would go against most decent sites (companies huge on quality) TOS. Double check first.

      idea is good but in most cases it against the rules... in the other hand they dont check affiliate pages that often so they might never notice that considering that u can use ur affiliate link anywhere u want... I know connect commerce could care less what site u r using ur link at

        My advice would be to get in touch with your AM, not only will he/she let you know whether it is ok, but they might even have some tips and pointers to help you get started.

        Contrary to what the above poster states networks do follow up on traffic sources, particularly if an offer is converting significantly higher than other affiliates or if the leads don't convert on the adveertisers end.

        Be smart, keep your AM informed and don't even risk the possibility of utting your account at risk.

    I think what you need is a script like CPAConvert check it out on there website for more info. It is very similar to what you are describing in here.
    I have this software and am currently studying how to successfully use it.

    Most networks won't allow that and since you have built a landing page, why don't you just make it more appropriate to raise the conversion rate?

    you dont need no plugin for this simple site code.

    you'll need something like this (copied from wiki)

    do not do it in adwords or adcenter. Try to use it on tier2 ppc network for start.
