Blogger Blog for an Affiliate Program?

Has anyone tried or know if you can join an Affiliate Program with a Blogger Blog? I am wondering if the disapprove of the fact that the Blog is on a Google Sub-domain with Adsense on it as well.

The particular niche I am planning on applying for is a GameFly affiliate program for my video game review blog.

It seems relevant to me that GameFly would want to be on a video game review blog because the traffic is targeted. I have never tried an affiliate program and just wondering if you guys can shed some light on me

Yes they will want actual domains for your websites and it's easy to see why.

Think about it, you can pick up a .com domain for less than $10, if a publisher is unwilling to invest even $10 to register a site to develop, then it just comes across as unprofessional and lazy, they will question whether that marketer is actually invested and will make the effort to promote campaigns effectively.

These networks want to work with publishers who are dedicated, motivated and want to earn money and develop their own businesses. If a publisher can't bring that to the table then a network wont make money for you.

Yes you are right Jason, I guess I'm taking baby steps with a Blogger website. I wanted to test the waters with adsense and generating traffic through social networking and stuff, so far it has worked pretty well.

The other thing im concerned about is how newbie friendly is buying a domain and using wordpress to create an affiliate site? Is it setup like Blogger or do you need to know html coding and php
