Real Estate Site...8,000 Visits day... Help Monetizing

Hey everyone,

I have been lingering around the forum for several months now and learning from a lot of the posts here.

I have been working non-stop for the last 12 months at building a real estate classified website that is really taking off. Currently the traffic is around 8,000 visitors per day. Adsense has been my main form of monetizing the site since the beginning. Basically because the revenue is consistent.

Does anyone run a real estate or finance related website that could give me some pointers on some networks to pursue?

In the past I have seen posts here about "buyer leads" fetching a pretty nice price. I just haven't been able to find those networks.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks

You can test other CPM networks such as ValueClick Media, Advertising.com, etc. You can also offer premium "placement" for anyone posting an ad or even try offering affiliate products related to your niche.

Check out offervault or odigger for real estate cpa offers. They have a variety of directly related offers you could promote like buyer leads (mostly in the $5-8 range), as well as offers you could test such as timeshare, mortgages, loans etc.

If you are getting 8,000 visitors a day you better start monetizing with things like CPA's or Credit Report stuff.

I had a real estate website that had only 50 unique visitors per day that generated over $10,000 in 2010. If you want you can PM me directly and I'll give you a few tips.

Ya credit report and mortgage offers just off the top of my head.

If you know any realtors personally, just sell the leads direct. Some guys will pay a percentage on the sale.

    Hi Coleman123,

I'm a real estate investor looking for places to place my ads, maybe your site is a good fit? My website is SLDinvestments.com

When you have a moment, can you send me your web address to see if its a good fit? Maybe advertisers like me would be a good way for you to monetize your site going forward?

    Thanks,
    Steve
P.S. Feel free to contact me via the form on my site.

If you got a real estate site, you need to have mortgage/loan application forms on there. Im currently doing one that gets $75 per lead which is PER QUOTE, not per sale!

    So very lucrative indeed

Any questions just let me know,
