Building A CPA Offer Review Site

Hi,

I am looking to build a single niche review type website for my CPA offers.

I need a website with rectangular borders for my review content, with each offer sitting within each rectangle so users can compare the offers in a table form. Also there will be star ratings for each of these offers.

What is the best way to do this? There are two options which I have in mind:

(1) WORDPRESS

Wordpress would not cost me, but any ideas where I could find such a review type template?

(2) BUILD A WEBSITE

The other option is to use Kompozer but to date, I could not find a suitable template.

Please help. All suggestions welcome.

I have this product review theme from a fellow Warrior for product reviews but you would still need to build a template for a comparison page but this theme for WordPress has worked out great for my clients: (Not an affiliate link)
