If by "movie site" you mean a website where you stream/download movies you're going to run into trademark/copyright problems and get shutdown by your web host (I'm speaking based on experience). Rather than going that route why not just create a "video website" with public videos (YouTube is a great resource) in a certain niche. You could do "the web's funniest videos" for example and have a ton of funny videos aggregated from YouTube, Break, etc. You could then display CPA offers above and below the videos. Getting even more creative you could use content lockers from networks such as CPA Lead or Blam Ads.

Again, I'd stay away from doing anything that is infringing on trademarked/copyrighted content because while that might make you a quick buck, the business model cannot be sustained and you're going to do a lot of hard work for nothing.

Thats why A) you don't host any copyrighted material on your website just share videos to other sites that do. Therefore your not breaking the law

and b) Host it on your own server...so no third party web host can touch your website.

Monetizing the movie website with a content gateway/locking is a popular way to make good commissions.

Just make sure you get the OK from your affiliate manager if you're going to be using content unlockers on any copyright material.

I agree with putting content locker on it. In my opinion alot of people want to watch free movies and wouldnt mind filling out a survey just to watch it.
