Question regarding email marketing...

Hi fellow warrior members,

I'am running a reward based site, I have approx 15k user email, these are emails my visitors used when joining my site. Yy question is: is it ok to use this list to promote CPA offers? Or would that be considered as spam? cause what i have here is not a usual newsletter subscription system or anything like that. Wha do you guys think`?

  If you can send email broadcasts to this list then it is not a spam.
  
  I guess if you have unsubscribe link, then it is ok. You can also write on registration page that members will get newsletters about new products.
  
  Things are different if you can not send email broadcasts to members list and you have to add them to an autoresponder manually. Then you probably should not do it.

Anyone knows whats a good software that could do mass emailing?

  Most any auto-responder such as Aweber can send mass emails. Or you could try IContact or ConstantContact.
