I don't think there is some kind of approval process for an advertiser. The offer is tested by the CPA network, and they will check if you can pay for the leads. Other than that, they will be happy to work with you.

Best bet is to call a network and just plain out ask, some networks will require you pre-pay or a down payment to start though..

Best bet is to contact the network. Requirements for each network various considerable. So, it is not possible to post proper approval guide for advertisers.

I have been an advertiser several times on CPA networks.

    Your best bet is following:

Get your stats down. Set up your own affiliate backend just to test things. That way you will get down exact conversion rates and so on, ROI, count in some fraud leads, test the scalability (meaning how big of a payout can you support, if the offer would take off and you make most of your money on backend, then you will have to invest a lot of money) and so on.. There is much much more to think about before doing that.

Then once that is ready, approach some smaller networks, run with them for a short time, get stats from them and then go to bigger networks, where you can show everything you have. You basically want to make the networks job as easy as possible.

Down payments start from $5k+ in my experience.

Hope that helps, if need more assistance then let me know and I am sure we can work something out..
