How to Promote Incentive Offers

I was wondering how and where are some of you are promoting incentive offers? Do you have your sites and forums where you promote them? I would like to get more involved with it, but not sure where to start, I was accepted through Adscend Media.

    And then to thank them for voting they can win a free iPod or whatever offer you choose to promote.

    Incentive offers means you can offer some thing to the visitor for a offer filling. It totally depends on you what you are going to offer. You can create a blog and run contest every week or month. There are people who give out ipod, ipad etc as a gift to their visitors.
