My CPA plan, will this work?Need some advice please

Hi,
Some years ago I did some affiliate marketing with Amazon blogs.
Due to family reasons I had to stop, but I'd like to start again with IM for a few hours a week in my free time.
I have a family with kids ,as some of you may know,a wife and kids and a fulltime job will cost you a lot of time
But anyway,I'd like to get started with promoting CPA offers.
This is my idea:
Set up a deals, offers and coupons website(Wordpress) and fill this with CPA offers,iI will sort them in different categories i.e. Finance,Food,Shopping etc.
After I submit an offer on my site I will also bookmark it to different social bookmarking websites with a WP plugin.
I will also create a Twitter account and will look to get people who are interested in deals, offer and coupons,I will add as many people as possible.
This means that I submit the new CPA post to social bookmarking websites and also to Twitter.
I will also tweet about other subjes on my Twitter account, not only CPA offers, but you can also think about shopping, finance and travel news.
This is just to get people interested and not only spam them with CPA offers.
I will also create some simple videos to submit to YouTube,to get some extra traffic and views.
On my blog I will also add a possibility that people can signup for a newsletter,i.e. Mailchimp?
After some time I am also planning to use a popup plugin,to show the newsletter subscribe or an special offer.
What do you think, can this work or is it too simple?

And another question,I have around $90 to spend, what shall I do with this?
Use for PPV,Bookmarking(outsourcing),writing articles(outsourcing) ,buying marketing plugins or other software to use to promote my site ,or just keep it in my pocket and use it later on.
I hope you can give me some advice on what I wrote.

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Richard

Besides promoting offer with social networks, before you dive into paid traffic, may be you should try SEO (if the niche's competition isn't too high), it's free and can generate lots of targeted traffic.

The main problem with SEO is that it can take months to see any traffic results depending on the niche. Paid traffic is immediate and allows users to scale their results. I would personally stick with SEO once I have made income with PPC. SEO is more, how should I say, for the long-term basis.

      Thank you for your replies.
I understand that SEO will be the best for long term results.
But I think for a website with only offeres it will be quite difficult to focus only on SEO.
And..I can't focus on a specific niche, because the dela and offers are in different niches.
But I agree SEO will be the best long term solution.

Don't forget offline methods, which I am reading about but have not yet implemented. Flyers, classified ads, etc.
