How do you market CPA to an email list?

Most CPA offers require you to submit your email to the advertisers list, wouldn't this just overwhelm and irritate people on your list, if first they signed up to your list, then they get asked again to submit their email to an offer?

hey i think you totally got the concept wrong. People subscribe to your list because you are offering something in return. For example you tell them you will show them how to win free ipad and where to go and also you will mail them similar "opportunity" That's why they opt-in to your list.

    second factor

Now if they want to win the ipad they need to participate on certain offer which has nothing to do with you it's between the advertiser and your subscriber.

The whole idea of an opt-in list, is that the suscribers opt in to your gifts, thus eliminating the majority of that.

It seems that a LOT of people are confused about CPA marketing. If you try to approach it like promoting a clickbank product or something like that you will fail. You promote CPA products to a demographic and psychographic targeted list. How do you build such a list?
Through coreg, sniper opt-in sites and buying corporate solo ads. This is what works. PM me if you would like to get more details.

Article marketing can generate a ton of traffic to your website. This traffic is also free. This means you make more money online since you don't pay for the traffic. But how can you leverage this traffic to make money from it? I will outline some of these ways below.

    Affiliate Marketing

When you refer people to products and sell other peoples stuff for a commission. This is known as affiliate marketing. You can send your traffic from articles to a blog or website that has an affiliate link to such a product. And you will earn a commission for each sale or lead you generate.

Affiliate marketing is one of the easiest ways to get started online since you don't need your own product to get started. You just generate the traffic and the product owner takes care of all the rest.

What types of affiliate programs are available?

To start out with I'd recommend CPA networks (search this in Google to find them). They offer mostly lead generation programs. So you can get paid $2-3 just for someone filling out their email address. There are also many other programs available that generate up to $40 per lead where the visitor needs to do more like order a free trial or kit.
Clickbank.com is also a great place to start. They pay per sale. Although it is harder to get a sale than a lead, they can pay you up 70% commission on a product. Their products are mainly digital i.e. ebooks and software.

    Google AdSense

Using the same concept above, you can also send your traffic to a blog or site with Google AdSense ads on it. What is Google AdSense? It is a system that serves adverts to a web page related to it's content.

So if you have a page about dog training, the ad served to this page will be related to dog training. Why is this important? The more relevant the ad, the more people will click on it which means you earn more revenue.
AdSense is also an easy way to get some income from your site since your visitor just needs to click on an ad for you to earn money.
    Listbuilding

You can also send your article traffic to an opt-in page. This is where you offer a free report or ebook in return for someone's email address. This way you can build up a relationship with customers on your list and recommend products to them. This has been proved to be highly effective to make money online.

    Summing up

All the methods above have been tried and tested to make money online. I would use a combination of all of them to make money from your own blog. Where you can also use the article you have written as the blog's content.

    No

If you hit them with a product or offer that has VALUE, they will sign up. Just a matter of how good a relationship you have built with your list.

You wouldn't promote a buyers list or a list that most of us traditional IMers have with CPA offers like email submits because you are right, it would destroy the LTV of the subscribe.

You can absolutely promote a valuable offer that they would find beneficial like Gamefly, Netflix something like that.

In terms of promoting CPA offers, that is normally done to non-buyer non-IM lists. Jordan points out some good ideas above
