As the title says, I am totally new to this CPA thing. I was wondering if you could be refer some great CPA networks that will not scam and pay on time. I am looking to publish their offers on my sites and using social media such as facebook and youtube.

For starters try :
PeerFly,Never Blue,and Maxbounty. They all accept that type of traffic and are fairly easy to get accepted into.
