Improve Quality Score on Bing Help?

BTW, I'll be glad to post the code up of the final product once I get enough feedback from the thread.
For those that are profiting on ad center, are you guys ONLY direct linking. I read some case studies in AFF Playbook earlier and they all use direct linking but this is BEFORE quality score got implemented. Can you still get profitable direct linking and is it worth it to create LP's to improve my quality score?
My first campaign out, my quality score was AWFUL, keyword relevance was fine, but the landing page user experience was just very poor. I've been scouring all the posts around here and these were the only three helpful posts on getting a good quality score( no this is not a plug ).

I spoke to my rep over at ad center and she said this:
he landing page user experience score is an aggregate assessment of the quality of all landing pages in your site. The score reflects the degree to which your landing pages adhere to adCenter Editorial Guidelines. If your keyword receives a Poor score, your ads will have limited eligibility to be served in response to search queries
So you should get a higher CTR and while the CPC rate may not change the conversions should.
So even though direct linking may still be feasible, perhaps it would be wise to know how to get the QS up?
Anyways, from what I read so far, it seems as though the following items are necessary to improve quality score:
1. A domain related to the primary keyword - Does this mean I need to purchase a domain for every ad group?
-If so, can I just purchase .info or are .info's worthless, just like they are in SEO and you need the .com?
2. An LP with the following elements:
Privacy Policy
Keywords or DKI in the following places
Description meta tag
Keywords meta tag
Paragraph tag
Image tag (in the ALT attribute)
Title tag
List item tag
Heading tag
About 600 words of relevant content (or do we need more and more pages? ugh?)
So I have a profile style lander that works well on social traffic,
it's missing three things:
1. 600 words of relevant text
2. Other relevant pages, all the links are redirects and it says verbatim on the ad center help site:
3. DKI
Avoid interstitial landing pages. An interstitial landing page is one that redirects visitors to other webpages.
I'm pretty sure it'll do poorly if I just throw it up.
Are there any specific wordpress themes you guys would recommend for this?
I've got some SEO friends I think that can help out with this, but any advice here would be greatly appreciated! Just looking for the simplest way to increase my QS
