Can You Identify This Education Lead Generation Network

I am trying to figure out the exact lead generation network used by this site. I've received no answers everywhere I've asked, and it's really disappointing.

The website is:

Phlebotomy Training

It has the custom designed layout to match their site where it asks to enter a zip code.

Whoever can give me the name of this specific network will have made my day.

Thanks!

Hmmm... it appears that the site is a niche site that's integrated into the Search Schools Network website (Online Degrees, On-Campus Degrees and Certificates - Search)

Upon further investigation, Search Schools Network appears to be one of many sites owned by Quin Street (quinstreet.com). They are not an affiliate or cpa network. Rather, they appear to be an agency.

    Hope this helps.

    - Jay

P.S. You can learn a lot by viewing a site's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use pages

Ty for the response, I'm going to try to get on board with them, and see if they are the same as what was on that site.

      Thnx again,

      • I was attempting to locate the quin street company as well. Can you provide an update to your progress on how this is going, and if they are accepting any new lead gen pubs?

I have a site that would fit perfectly with this niche.

Hey Dennis, have you tried to call them on the phone?

Also, you can try plattformpartners, cunet and collegebound network for many edu affiliate offers. Hope it helps.

Just stumbled onto this thread today (I realize that it's quite old), but I wanted to throw in my two cents since I've had experience with both QuinStreet and EduSearch Network.

I used ESN for several months with good results. The widget was easy to implement, reporting and client support was good and I was happy with my earnings. I wasn't really looking to change anything.

Bryce from QS tracked me down to pitch their network to me about 8 or 9 months ago and convinced me to give them a try and, long story short, after a couple of months of cross-testing the two networks across various sites, I decided to go exclusively with QuinStreet for several reasons.

      1. The implementation of QS' WP widget (apparently I got in just as they were introducing a new, easier-to-use version of it) was every bit as easy as ESN's was.

      2. The QS widgets are far easier to customize than were ESN's, which I like because my different sites have very unique designs which make some of the standard CPA forms look spammy when implemented.

      3. Bryce was really all over things right from the get-go and still is. He's super quick to respond to questions and problems, and is always soliciting feedback for new initiatives that QS is working on.

      4. The most-important thing, I earn more off of QS than I did with ESN because their publisher commissions (the amount you're paid for resales of each lead) tend to be higher.

Both are good programs to be sure, but IMHO, Quinstreet is the best option out there right now.

I was approached by Quin Street for lead gen on an education site I have. I'm about to start testing their lead gen and commission v EduSearch Network who I started with a month ago.

So far the attentiveness of affiliate managers for both has been excellent so it will come down to which converts better. My initial impression is that Quin Street's setup allows for more customisation but is a little bit more complicated to implement, ESN was really easy.

I'm planning to test both in conjunction with adsense, then as a stand alone without adsense to see which creates the best revenue. I'm hoping it's the latter because frankly I think removing adsense will improve the user experience.

If it will help anyone I'll try and keep you posted as to progress.

Does anyone know where to find a database of vocational schools in the US? The only thing I have found is the database of colleges at scrapingweb.com. This database has some of what I am looking for, but several key programs are not in that database.

    Just a quick update.

I've spent a little bit of time with zip submits from both Quin Street and Edusearch on one of my sites. Don't take these results as gospel, as it's been a very short period of time, but a couple of things I thought it might be helpful for others to know.

Firstly, I think if you have a partnership with either QS or EDS and a site with any decent targetted traffic you will make money. Both have a good spread of options for educational institutions.

I said earlier that implementation of the EDS widget was a lot easier. It's stupidly simple. The flip side is that you can't customise it the same way you can for QS - if you know how to edit iframes and have a basic understanding of webcode, you can do pretty much anything you want. The possibilities are endless.

CTR and conversion rates were actually reasonably similar over the period I tested them, but that was using an unoptimised form for QS and I hadn't yet integrated the results query into my own site, which would help.

In terms of which made more money, the thing about QS is they cross match leads which means you find you get several commissions for what is in effect a single lead.

Conversely, the commissions are generally higher on EDS.

Overall, I think QS was ahead on how much money actually came in.

Both affiliate managers are really good. Bryce at QS is more aggressive in his recruitment and marketing to webmasters, but it's hardly a bad thing to have someone being active when you stand to benefit from your mutual success. Joe at EDS has also been really attentive and very easy to communicate with.

EDS pays after 60 days, I think QS is the same (April was my first month, so not sure yet). Bryce actually hastled me for my payment details, which was nice...to use his words 'we do actually wanna pay you'.

Last point, if you have adsense on your site, ditch it. Lead gen from either of these two will blow it out of the water.

    Hope this helps.

    Matt and BJ,
I signed up with QuinStreet a few weeks ago but in the finance vertical. My account manager is fairly responsive. From what I can see in SureHits I'm very pleased with the financial results so far. However I won't be paid for a couple of more months and it makes me a bit uneasy to be sending so much traffic their way and not yet knowing whether they will hold up their end of the bargain.

Now that quite a bit of time has passed have they been faithful and fair in making payments that were in synch with the reporting in SureHits?

Anything I should do or be concerned about?

      Hi Jeff
You mentioned SureHits in your post below, but I thought that Quin Street had to only be organic search and that no paid traffic was allowed, and also SureHits is insurance niche targeted?.
      Regards
      Kevin

I've been trying to find a way to join quinstreet, but their form doesn't work (it doesn't seem to submit, or am I doing something wrong?), also I saw that Bryce is no longer working for them, so makes no sense to try to contact him through inkedin or whatev.

So, any ideas on how can I join their affiliate program?

      Thanks in advance

Not sure if it is related or not but QuinStreet have had a long Xmas break, back at work Monday 6th January....they have had emergency cover over the holidays but it is likely that new affiliate enquiries will only be handled once they are fully back to work.

It depends on the educational area. I focus on health-related occupations. Here are some averages from my portfolio:

      IT Certifications - $26
      Nursing Assistant - $20
      EKG Technician - $19
      Veterinary Technician - $12

Ok, but as I said, the contact form there didn't work for me, so actually I couldn't contact them. Any idea that might be the problem? Or that contact form really doesn't work in generally?
