My PPV campaign-I need your help!

5 replies
Hello my fellow warriors,

I'm running a campaign on LeadImpact, I don't mind to tell you the offer is Just Hook Up, a dating offer. I have 9%-10% CTR, started this campaign yesterday, after 10 hours sleep, I got up and saw 4 conversions after 100 clicks on my offer link, brought me a little profit, I was happy and though that may be I found my first profit campaign ? If the story goes this way, this topic would not be appeared. After those 4 leads, no lead after the same pop numbers ( and about 120 clicks on my offer link ).

I don't scare lose money but I just don't know what's the reason and is it simple or not. I need your help!

    Did you track which urls had conversions? How long have you been running the campaign? How many urls are you targeting? You have to understand in popup/adware advertising and so the majority of the people will close your ads before they see them. Allow each url to see at least 100 clicks or 2-3x the payout then you can decide whether or not you wanna keep the url or delete it. If your talking about 120 clicks in total.....its way too soon too start worrying..

      You meaned 100 clicks on the offer url or 100 pops up ? I'm targeting about 240 urls. When I said 120 clicks I meaned 120 click on the offer url ( about 1500 pops)
      @john: Yes, I did

    Make sure you track everything down to the URL and keyword level. Delete the keywords/url targets that don't convert.

    Since you have 240 URLs its hard to say since we do not know where the first 100 clicks came from and or last 120 clicks came from. Its pretty much as easy as John said it is - track keywords and URLs where conversions come from and delete the ones that don't convert. Another thing you can try is testing that same offer in 2 more networks. Go to odigger.com/offervault/affbuzz and find more networks with the same offer if you already dont have them in multiple networks. Also ask the networks for higher payout. Depending on the LP - I've seen Just Hook Up at $5.75-$6.15

    Good Luck!

    Frankly, 100 clicks is not enough to decide whether the campaign is profitable or not. You need to test further and track everything to see whether the campaign will bring in or out!
