Convert2media Publisher signup form error?!!!

I have been trying to sign up with convert2media and the forms seems looping back to introduction despite I have completed all required fields. Messaged to convert2media and they say it's fine and told Audi and he says I might missed a few fields. hmmm.....

So I went ahead and retry and this time the form was prefilled on their server end with some other applicant's info! I tried sending a SMS to verify if the info belongs to a real person and yes, it belongs to the applicant as stated.

Tried with 3 computers, 2 Os'es, 4 browsers now. Don't tell me it's a error on my side and I have seen at least 4 -5 prefilled forms with other applicant's*info. :confused:

Can anyone try and verify this? I am signing up form Singapore btw.

    Hey Daniel, one of my friend just successfully submitted his application to C2M an hour ago. I think you probably did miss a few fields. Hope it helps

    After tens of thousands of applicants this is the first time I have ever heard of such an error. It is not that I do not believe you but rather that we continue to receive the average number of applications on a daily basis. The screenshots will certainly help if you can screenshot each step along the way so I can assist in verifying the info you are entering and compare that with our end.

    As far as seeing other applicants information, that is certainly a problem and something again I would have to see to be able to discuss this with my development team.

    May I suggest entering a phone number in the US format for now without any symbols or extra numbers. In addition try entering a social security or EIN # of 111111111. These two fields are the most common to get hung up on during the application process from our international applicants.

    Again I apologize for the troubles and for your help with the screenshots etc, I can further assist you by taking your information via email to our application and conducting a skype interview with you Monday at a time convenient for you.
