CPA Newbie Question

Hi,

I am new to CPA, I have recently joined one to promote an offer. When viewing the offer description there are 2 links:

Preview Link and Tracking Link. When promoting the CPA offer you are supposed to use the tracking link, right?

For example, if I inserted a banner using Media Buy in some websites, my banner should link to the tracking link?

I have opened in my browser the Preview link, in which the CPA offer I want to promote displays perfectly, but when I open the tracking link it links to an offer which is unrelated, and which is NOT the offer I want to promote (it links to this website: freefunonlinequizes.com)

Why is this happening?

    Yes use the tracking link.

    Are you viewing the offer from an area that is not allowed? Like outside where the offer can run?

    There are a couple other reasons too (like the offer may be capped for the day), be down, etc

      Yes, it is supposed to be US oriented, and I'm currently not in the US, so probably it must be that. Thanks!!
