Do you target "top converting" offers?

Every CPA program has a list like this. Have you found it to be worth your time to target these offers?

Also if you just pull up a llist of offers do they tell you the conversion ratio? or that info is only available for the top list?

    That can be interesting, but it all depends on how you will promote the offer.

    In order to promote an offer you need to have an angle and traffic source, so you have to know how you can run that offer and make it profitable. Just following the crowd and creating general campaigns around the top offers doesn't work.

    Always contact your AM's for the latest list of top converting offers

    It all depends on your method of promotion. A highly converting offer obviously has the potential to earn you money, otherwise it would not be converting for others. However, if there's a possibility of saturation in your method for that offer, go with something else.

    i don't care about such lists. Mostly all of them base on EPC. And if it's a niche product and can be sold by email marketers with strict targeting - they should have a Great EPC. But if you are running on display/PPV you can not reach such results even closer.
