A newbie need help

Hi guys, i ve started a CPA campaign a week ago. I ve been using video sharing sites and social bookmarking to promote offers. I ve got a few conversions only. though i was happy to have my 1st result seen, i am bothered to think about the next steps or other steps to ramp up my sign ups. I don't know what to do, and I am on low budget e.g not going to use PPC (and not sure how 2 do) and any other investments

Can give me some advise?
Im oso willing to pay for some useful WSO if there is any offer

    It's difficult to give advice without knowing what the
    offer is, but if you've found a method that works then
    keep working at it and perfecting it. Otherwise, call
    your AM, they are there to help you.

        Zip submit and email submit, can someone please tell me what these mean as it relates
        with PPC to CPA?
