Help for Promoting CPA Surveys Somewhere... + Facebook Related.

Okay, here's the story. In my cpalead account, I have $39 and I need $50 to cash out. I was promoting something like free ebooks and I was sending surveys to members with lower posts to prevent leeching or I made some story up about somebody need an urge money. Everything was going good, I earned that $39 in less than a month of giving money making and other types of ebooks for free. Now, that my country got permanently blocked on that forum as some of morons DDoS-ed the forum itself, owner blocked whole range. I had around 5k posts there and I have huge reputation (not just in numbers, over all). All of that "business" dropped now and I will be asking you few questions.

1. Do you know good forums that aren't so huge but still are good? (Doesn't have to be about money making but it'd be good to have atleast a section for that and to be on English of course)

2. I have a fb account with around 380 friends but I JUST got blocked from sending friend requests for 7 days so any tips for me and how to add people and not to take forever? (I don't have any money to invest, yet)

3. I will be doing later on facebook marketing but I need those $50 to start a fb ads campaign so do you have some advice for me? I will be doing that via promoting my fan page and some product.
