CPA for musicians- releasing free album. HELP!

Hey everyone
I am in a band that has 4 song EP done which we want to release for free.
I am going to use CPAlead or some other network to create content lockers on the mp3 files so users can download them for free while we still get paid.

My plan is to use facebook and get traffic by using reverbnations's promoteit tool (facebook ads for musicians)
Then on the Facebook profile have a big link that says "download our album free click here" or something.

Then this is the part I need help with...
I need to redirect users to a simple page that has the songs and content lockers on the songs to download them.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can go for free hosting to create just a plain page with the download links?

I have been accepted into CPAlead, but, it appears that their mp3 content locker does NOT work from my experience.
When users try to download the file it just streams in QuickTime or windows media player instread of being saved to the computer.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
When I create the content locker, what do I put for the "download URL"? I have to host the mp3 somewhere, correct? Any suggestions?

And what do you guys think about this idea in general. If it all works as I hope, and it turns a profit, this would be a revolutionary way of releasing and promoting and making money from music, because it would gain tons of new fans on facebook fast, and if the mp3 downloads "convert" well enough and turn a profit and pay off the advertising cost, this will all be 100% autopilot money and facebook fan machine!
