Pick an advertising platform and a particular offer and go for it. Your only going to learn through doing. I'd recommend a nice dating offer using Facebook Ads or adult dating offer using Adxpansion.

You have enough budget to start with Facebook ads and find a good, profitable niche.

You can't go wrong with investing where traffic is. Facebook, Twitter, and other social sites are gold mines. You don't need any courses, just right attitude and approach to consumers/users.

Don't start PPC while you don't know what you are going to do.

Buy membership at PPC-COACH ( he's also from WF. ) This course is very good, i'm myself making $x,xxx net profit in a month just from what i learnt in this course. Just try it.

1300 may be enough for you to find a winning campaigns..also depends on your experience level. There's 'tuition fees' to pay
but you definitely need a lot more than that.

avoid email submits.. do gaming or dating. Scrub are much less and you will gain confidence in no time.

I agree that you should start doing ppc on facebook.

Just learn the basics such as tracking etc...there is a good thread

say that he's good and you will learn a lot from him (this is not my
personal experience).

I highly recommend POF as a starting point for performance marketing. It's where I started (I also run mobile, Adcenter, and FB) and I have been consistent on it for a long time. It's the most affiliate friendly traffic source out there. You can talk to Ben who is the representative for all of POF's advertising directly and personally. In my and most ppl's opinions, it's the best paid traffic source out there...the ONLY downside is that it doesn't have the volume that FB has. FB hates affiliates. That's the biggest problem. You will not get any personal attention and they can ban you for whatever reason they want. Getting an account banned on FB (with a high spend limit) is one of the worst things I've experienced in marketing. I would definitely take your $1,300 to POF since it is a lot to start with for that traffic source. THat's the beauty of it. You can learn to be profitable with that much.

The best thing you can do right now no matter what traffic source you choose is join Aff Playbook. David runs a world class forum there, and it probably has the highest earning per member (there are over 2,000). Probably the highest regarded forum.
