Just took a look at the site, and must say that I am highly impressed by the functions they have.

-scrape images from google
-batch add borders
-add shapes to image to achieve higher ctr

Yep, these are the main features. You can also apply effects like brightness, contrast, hue, gamma, etc.. or surround image with frames(real photo frames)

You can organize uploaded images in campaigns and keep them on your private account and download/tweak them when you want.

Thanks for suggestion. Are you referring to overall functions or just when you add/crop image using the extension?

CrazyCTR works with 110x80 max image size(so if you upload images, they will automatically resized to fit on that size) because it's the Facebook/Pof standard ad size and you don't have to re-resize the image with another tool, you are having a real preview of how your ads will look like directly on facebook/pof when they are up.

However, i'm planning to not limit only at this size, but this will be a future feature.

Yea, I remember the chat. It was 58x80 and original size was 190*265, and you asked why is 58x80.

It's because CrazyCTR maintains aspect ratio of the original image(for ex. if it's a photo of a guy's face, the resized image must have the same ratio, otherwise the face will look deformed). So the resulted image must have the same ratio, it must look the same as the original, just a little bit smaller.

So, to fit on facebook max size, and your image to look the same, the right size is 58x80. You can try this on your own with another image editing program.

Sorry, I don't know if you understand, maybe somebody else can explain better.

almost all graphical things can be done with Photoshop and some coding knowledge, but there are people out there that really don't like to deal with the technical stuff in the industry. Although, I think that these kind of people won't make it in the long run.

there are people out there making a bundle who have tech people handling all that stuff
I know basic coding but anything beyond that I give to my php and perl programmer in Mumbai. He has a degree and can code circles around most people. Why do I have to know that level of technical expertise in order to succeed. I guarantee you there are tons who are at my level or below who make great money, and outsource the tech stuff

I also guarantee there are guys who are tech gurus who are not making squat because they dont know how to sell

If you cannot handle basic html and php, some basic javascript, if you cannot manipulate wordpress themes and code that yourself, even if you have a guy to do it, it will run you way too much time and money. So i think your comment about basic webpages is a bit of a stretch, you must be way more proficient than that to get by. Then you have to understand onpage and offpage SEO, how to analyze Google top 10 competion, anchor text variations and PR, there is a crapload to learn, you must be a guru though right? Now of course most of the above I am referring to is related to free traffic from SEO, not CPA, paid traffic, but thats why I am here in this forum, To learn CPA. Rome was not built in a day.

CrazyCTR was designed to make what photoshop does much faster and easier. In few seconds you get over 30 variations of your images ready to be uploaded. You can't make this that fast in photoshop without strong knowledge and predefined styles build by you before.

It also works in batch mode, to make this work in photoshop you also need to create your styles before and it takes a lot more time to apply those effects than CrazyCTR.

What I'm saying is for guys who really know photoshop, but most people don't know and don't need to...and even if they learn it, it's much easier and faster to do it with this tool(I created it because the photoshop editing was slow and boring - i can say)

That's true, there are tech people, marketing/sales people and a combination of both, but the ones which are a combination, usually are not so good like the ones who focus on only one thing.

However, in the aff marketing industry, there are lot of tools that make your job easier and saves more time, and there are tech people that create the tools and marketing/sales guys that promote/sell the stuff.

But all people think the same, why spend time struggling to learn this and this when I have tools that makes my life much easier, even if you are a tech guy or a marketing guy, we all are looking for stuff that help us do the job faster,easier and without headaches.

MN786 didn't understood what maintaining ratio means. I suggested to see how another program resizes the image to see that if the aspect ratio is not maintained the resulted image is deformed. He wanted that 190*265 to be resized at 110x80.

You don't need to use any other program.

aspect ratio

In computer graphics, the relative horizontal and vertical sizes. For example, if a graphic has an aspect ratio of 2:1, it means that the width is twice as large as the height. When resizing graphics, it is important to maintain the aspect ratio to avoid stretching the graphic out of proportion.
The term is also used to describe the dimensions of a display resolution. For example, a resolution of 800x600 has an aspect ratio of 4:3.

Just registered for CrazyCTR... it's definitely a timesaver! Gives me a lot of variations on my images that I wouldn't have even bothered to test because of the hassle of creating them all.

@Crysper: have you considered putting a demo video on your home page so people can actually see how cool the tool is? Personally I prefer videos to show me something instead of reading a written explanation...

Regarding to video, I had 2 videos on home page on beta stage, I removed them to see how affect conversions. I will put them back, seems that some guys have problems understanding how it works/what it does.

Hey guys,

Take a look on a live case study on AdChop. Images presented there were gathered and tweaked using CrazyCTR.com.

On pricing page I added a time/money saver calculator, so you can see how much time(minimum) you can save using crazyctr.

Just to give an example, if you spend 2 hours/day working on gathering and preparing images, with crazyctr, you'll save at least 30 hours/month...weekends not included. How much your time worth in money depends to you....

- CrazyCTR has more than doubled the number of pre-defined variations from 44 to 101
- added new effects(now are 23) like: vignette, noise, posterize, bump and image distorsion effects(makes images look strange, really cool to test) like waves, twirl, smear, pinch.

Added badges(9) - you can put badges like Free, New, Sale over your images
Added signs(15) - you can add signs over image like arrows, exclamation marks and so on to attract attention. You can set their position, size, rotation.

That's a nice tool and I have already recommended it to some of my students.

I personally prefer to use Photoshop, which obviously has more resources and features, but CrazyCTR is a nice alternative for people who can't use Photoshop or GIMP.

Hey guys,

We just released a new improved interface for Tweak images. New features:
- top 50 tweaks based on our users' feedback to get you started and find profitable campaigns much faster
- lots of new tweaks combinations

[MOST important] Support for any image size(100x72, 110x80, 300x250, 160x600, 120x600 pixels and so on...)

I also know that are competing products on the market that shows nice variations, but they won't ever pass facebook approvals. Based on our experience and helped by our growing base of users, we tried to find what causes facebook dissaprovals and how to pass the approval process since this may cause headaches. In the Top 50 tweaks that we gathered, most of them should pass without problems facebook team if the original image is ok.

Hey all,

It took a while since my last post, but not because I haven't updated CrazyCTR, it was just because I focused more on different areas.

So last updates:
- added a nice presentation video on homepage
- I have a business partner now who will take CrazyCTR to next level
- updated the Chrome extension for better image gathering
- added Winter pack (a bunch of 31 cool tweaks to prepare your ads for the holidays). You should try this Winter pack

I'm using the trial, & i think is very good. You can pretty much do color borders in ms paint, but with the other advance It's gonna take you some time in photoshop. I think It's definitely worth it.
