Cpa submiting problem-please help

i was applying on affiliate.com network but when i submitted my application, affiliate term and condition pop-up and they wrote something like this "By entering my signature below, I affirm that I have read, understand and agree to all terms". i typed in my name as my signature but they notified me that the signature does not match affiliate name.
Please what will i do or what kind of signature will i put there?

    Generally you need you sign with your first and last name which you use for sign up process. That should do the job

    Like aminur said, just put your full name in that field. If you still have trouble in signing up, don't hesitate to contact the affiliate.com support team. Good luck

    Thanks a lot. I used my full name as my signature and the full name was what i used as i was applying for the network but it doesn't work.
