I want to maximize revenue on my blog network

My biggest blog in my network has roughly 16k+ followers through twitter+facebook, 120k+ unique views a month and the primary demo is females age 18-30.

Right now I'm running 2 google ads on the main page (which for some reason are showing as yellow today?), and infolinks. I have a mobile version that just has one google banner and haven't set up infolinks to work there yet.

Profit is ok, but I feel it could be better without compromising the feel of the site. So I'm trying to decide if I should add another CPM network in there, or try some CPA considering I have a targeted demo.

If you have any suggestions on what I should attempt, I'd love to hear them. Also feel free to recommend CPM or CPA networks that you know to work pretty well. I'm not sure I can have google ads on the same page with other networks, even though I do see that on some other blogs.

Thanks for any advice you could give!

On a semi-side note, the yellow blocks on my main page are really frustrating. The ads work every other page and every other site, so I'm not banned from google, but why would one page just not work?

It doesn't matter which network you choose but stick with a
    respected ones.
If you said that you have targeted demo you should browse
in CPA section for what to promote and you have to decide
what type of offers are you going to go for.
Go check them here : Affiliate Marketing - Find the Best Affiliate Programs and CPA Offers from OfferVault and see what to
promote and you can apply to that CPA network based on a offer
    or niche you choose.
You should create sales funnel on your site and guiding your demo
to your offers, I believe that you should make some effort on
your part and not just put banners on your site and hope for
    people to click on it.
Maybe it would be better if you should tell something about your
demo/niche that we can help you more - you are not revealing
    nothing

Well I have a blog that talks about tv shows, etc. The focus is on a tv show that's primary audience are the 18-30ish females, which is why that's my primary demo.

The problem I see with funneling them would be looking like just another blog out there looking to bleed every reader dry. I can definitely push products if done properly, but I'm not sure how to really do that with the blog I'm running. Would I just create a landing page for a related product and keep pushing my readers there from time to time in relevant articles? Or is there a better way?
