Could be an expensive lesson

Hi guys, have a situation here.

Been sending traffic to a couple of offers for about six weeks. All traffic is legit and comes straight from the second-tier search engine. The advertiser has now claimed, after six weeks, that the offers are not backing out and may refuse to pay.

Paid quite a bit of money for the traffic. My question is, can the advertiser refuse to pay just because the offers are not backing out for them? Even if the traffic is all legit?

      It is from a network.

What networks is this? Any network worth anything will back you up and pay the bill.

If the network isn't doing this, they are a CR*P network and need to be spanked.

This sounds like a network that brokered the offer from another network, had no idea what was going on. This is why you don't use CR*P networks...

Thanks for the reply guys. As I am still communicating with the AM, I don't think it is appropriate to reveal the network's name. But if they really end up not paying, I will probably reveal the full details.
