Never heard of it until someone asked me about it. I am sure its been written about.

Supposedly you can get into it free with a referral, or pay 99 bucks without one

opinions of overall quality?
Seems to be a PPV discussion board, unless I read it wrong

Looked at the site and their promo material. Claim to be millionaires with 30+ years experience, but site looks like a 15 year gamer did it, using techniques from some squeeze page book.

I think they scrape the pop-ups from leading PPV networks for the popular keywords and URLs. But I've never used them personally.

Yes, i think so. You can download the adware toolbars and scape the pop-ups yourself. But blackpops also provide some good marketing scripts & strategies which are very useful imo.

I wrote a desktop tool to scrape the pop-ups, but couldn't do it for TV. May work on it one of these days. Sent you a PM.
