Interested in buying CPA site/Curious about transfer regulations
I am interested in buying an existing CPA/GPT site. I would like to buy an existing site because I would like to already have the approval of the ad networks to post their offers. I'm not out to scam anyone, it's just so hard to convince CPA companies you aren't out to rob them.
To my knowledge, however, you may transfer a GPT script, but may never transfer your ad network account to anyone. Does anyone know if this is true or not, or what ad networks allow accounts to be transferred. I would greatly appreciate any help, especially if you have ever made a similar transaction.
