PPV > CPA arbitrage - any Experience
Hi guys.
What do you think about PPV>CPA arbitrage?
How do i see it: I sign up at CPA network, select an offer to promote, then sign up at PPV as an advertiser, make a banner to promote my selected offer, top up the balanse on the PPV site and start promoting.
Am i basically right or not? If not then where?
I also have a question about PPV. As I understand, the ads are displayed on uncategorized websites? I mean I can't know where they are displayed, publishers can display it on an adult website or other low-quality site, they can display over 100 banners on their pages or even make then invisible for users? Does PPV guaranty anything, e.g. if I'll get low quality traffic, will I be able to file a chargeback like in PPC?
Is cpm.biz a good network?
