Check again. Click on the green "surveys" button and on the pull-down menu where it reads "Select a country", select the country you want and a list of available offers will appear.

CPAlead does not have offers for every country on the planet; but they do have plenty of non-US offers.

or use your own content locking and choose good offers

Just to clarify: CPAlead supports a huge amount of international countries as well as the USA on offers. Our inventory is quite extensive and there should definitely be something for the majority of your traffic.

CPAlead does have many non-us offers. Hit your AM up for help if you cant figure out.

Also, sign up for some other content locking networks, split test them to see which one gives you the best results.
