How do I get more (targeted) ppv traffic?

Well, this is my first official day of getting traffic for cpa offers. I'm doing it with Lead Impact. The problem is, the traffic is about 5-10 times lower than I expected. The offer is not in the highest traffic niche by any means, but I've only had 5 views in the first 2 hours. That is with using 150 pre-screened Url's with high traffic alexa rankings. Does this seem normal?

Is there something I can do to drastically increase traffic but also keep it targeted?

Yep, it's normal. Like KJ said, scrape more urls or you can try to contact LeadImpact support to get a list of high traffic targets/urls of their network. Hope it helps
