Isn't there any backup plan of some kind ? I mean the campaign sever should be different from the reporting server.

There might be publishers whom campaigns are running while services are down.

Still I would recommend Peerfly to have mirror servers in place. A situation like this unavoidable. And if the situation is unavoidable, we need to place such backup plans too.

You are wrong sir. Peerfly is one of the best CPA network and the reason of downtime was maintainence.

Chad, the CEO of the network himself explained that when I raised concern.

Is this their main site or the offer links?

Typically the site where you login is on a totally seperate server from the offers and their links. So even if you can't login or the main site appears down, it doesn't necessarily affect your traffic counting.

I could be wrong, but I know that's how most of the networks have set themselves up.

I was unaware of any downtime this weekend. Can you guys please PM me with the times you were seeing issues? Everything has been running smoothly network wide since the 26th. This week we should be finalizing a server adjustment that is needed because of our sheer click volume (good problem to have

), but there shouldn't be anymore downtime because of it as far as I know. We'll definitely let you know if that's not the case.

I mentioned earlier that PeerFly is loading very slowly. It happening for at least a month.

Offers were not affected from the issues yesterday.

There have not been any issues that have lasted a month or anywhere near a month. Any problems that arise are fixed as soon as possible and usually within a few minutes.

I second what a few people in here have already said. The tracking links for the "peerfly.com" domain have been extremely slow to load. Almost like a delayed meta-refresh. Sometimes it just times out and leaves the browser blank without forwarding. This issue has been going on for quite some time. I've had to switch some of my offers over to Maxbounty, Marketleverage, and Panthera to mitigate the losses.
