Which CPA Network is Next To Fall Due To FTC?

I know about some big ones that have fallen already but how many cpa network owners are sweating bullets right now? I'm just guessing, but I'm sure a lot of them have run flogs, (fake blogs) and during the **** berry fad, they made a lot of money. Now it seems the FTC is going after all of them. I wonder who will be next.

Btw, to be honest I read an email blast from Pace Lattin and he made a post here about it:

FTC Contacts More CPA Affiliate Networks about Possible Actions

I give credit where credit is due, but it has been something that has been on my mind a lot lately as I know most networks jumped all over this years ago. So who is next?

I've read that same post by Pace. I spread all my stuff between approx 20 cpa firms -- just in case.

I feel comfortable knowing it won't be us, As profitable as those offers may seem i never promoted them and i never will,

We strictly stick to email submits, payday loans, credit reports, and dating to avoid this,

I do not even like insurance offers as they seem to complain way to often and to be frank they annoy me. This is why we only have a few with Strict approval required on them

Hope you may be aware that even if your advertisers does not comply with FTC rules ,your network will be liable for actions by FTC.
In most cases the FTC will not 'notify' but comes on 'pounding'

I just read the article and I still don't really get on what basis the FTC is contacting these companies on.

    What laws have they broken?

These would all be firms that engaged in flog marketing, or had affiliates that engaged in flog marketing. It's all deceptive practices.

What about the guys who used to run those BS dating ads on craigslist to fake 'FREE age verify' sites and then charged up the ass on the rebill? Are they going to go after them?
