What is the difference between a unique click and a non unique click?

Can anyone please tell me ahat is the difference between a unique click and a non unique click?

I paid for a solo ad and got 27 unique clicks and 256 NON unique clicks. Does that mean the non unique s are repeat clicks? I am a little bit suspicious about this.

    Hi,

    Unique clicks is actually the number of people that has clicked. All the rest are the same people clicking again and again.

    Judging by your numbers, it looks as if the "click" is acually some sort of pop-up / pop-under that is automatically considered as a click...

    Try to never pay for repeat clicks, as much as you can

      They are repeat clicks coming from same IP.Which autoresponder do you use?Most of them place a cookie to visitors computer so that they can understand repeat clicks.

    A unique click either means different ip addresses and/or a different pc depending on how it's tracked. Non-unique clicks mean either the same ip or pc

      Do solo ad vendors count non-unique clicks as well? Also, does that mean the non-unique clicks are the solo ad vendor's attempt to con...?
