What steps you're doing when you create powerful ad copy?

My answer:
First I'm starting to think (lol), saying myself that facebook is about interests not keywords, and starting research internet, magazines, even books for niche/topic/interest.
Next thing what i'm doing - Identifying niche audience.
What tools i'm using? Simple - Google AdPlanner and Quantcast.
I'm not going to show you HOW exactly i'm identifying my topics - just go to quantcast site and you'll understand.
I recommend you to check data on both sites ( for example in one site you found that results, check same topic/site on google adplanner and you will not if results are correct or no.
Okay now I found my topic, identified audience. Now the most important step if you want make achieve most targeted leads.
I'm looking at audience stats and tryng to brainstorm what should I target. ( Single, female, age, country and etc )
Ok whats the next step? The next step is writing description , choosing picture for my powerful ad. ( Description - max 135 characters. Picture: 110x80 PIXELS )
Always resize your picture to 110x80. I'm saying always because Facebook requesting only upload pictures with that size. I've seen many times when marketers getting banned because only of that!
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS create ad under FACEBOOK RULES.
It's very important if you want to have account in good standing. ( only few bad ads can give you a ban. )
Ok get back to ad copy. That I call Psychology task. What we need to do - We need to gain our target attention. This step is very important, because if your ad will be not attracting you'll probably fail. For gaining attention my recommendation for you is to create very compelling tittle. (Always use picture related to Tittle. If you do dating, REAL FEMALES work soo great! ) Once you done with the tittle, you go to description box, here you need to make a strong interest for your target. ( Tell them about your offer, brainstorm more angles as possible.. ) Always use ACTION WORDS! ( SIGN UP, CLICK HERE AND BLA BLA BLA )
So i'm trying to follow these steps ( but i'm changing it every day lol. Trying to create more powerful system. )
Few tips:
Always set CTR goals.
For testing use only CPM traffic. If from 10,000 impressions you have no results, tweak the ad or delete it.
Try to create unique ad as possible ( FOR THAT YOU NEED to spy your competitors. ) - Similar ads always getting less clicks !!!
Never use 'copyrighted' pictures , if you do = BAN.
Always brainstorm more angles possible, more angles = more ads = more profit.
Always work in good mood. ( Psychology

DO NOT RUSH!
Be organised, don't mix your mind with others stuff. If you want to create powerful ad you need to be with clean mind. ( For me its better, i know many people who can do many tasks ( multitaskers ) but myself not so easy, so my recommendation is work only when your mind is clean lol.
