Started a campign about 10 days ago
Great results - more then 900$ in revenew, and the best day I ever had with CPA 173.75$



Going to expand it to at least 300$ a day while I'll ge the money

    PPV only, I don't deal with anything else right now because I want to master this. I also use TrafficVance and LeadImpact as my traffic sources. This campaign specifically will probably also go on Adon network after I'll finish with optimiing it

      PPV can be monster. I am just getting my feet wet with ppv traffic. Surely you can blow budget quick .

        This campaign started 10 days ago, I play with PPV for about 8 months now but let me tell you what exactly helped me to start earning a little bit more:

        1) Build campaigns on daily basis no matter how much time you fail. Most of the campigns will be failure, and most of the profitable once will never reach this kind of revenew and get stuck on something like 20-50$ bucks a day. Keep that in mind and just keep chopping them, don't stop.
        2)You need money. If you don't have budget then it will be very sad to have a campaign that can take off but you don't have the for scaling it.

        About the markets - No, it's another niche but yes, these are main markets where people earn big cash.

      Well, for everyone who asks about the vertical or the offer itself - the only thing I am willing to reveal right now is that it is a short lead submit. It's also a very low payout - 1.25$ so basically as you can see it is a lot of convertions.

      I have some technical questions that I'd be happy if you could help me out with:

      1) Do you use a dedicated server or VPS to host your landing page? any specific hosting you are happy with that you can recommend?

      2) How do you incorporate the lead-form into your own landing page? do you use the web-design of the original offer, or do you come up with your own way of designing your ppv landing page?

      3) Tracking - do you use your own in-house tracking like prosper202/tracking202 to track views/clicks/conversion etc.. or
      is there another better way to track ppv campaigns?

      4) In any case - what steps do you take in order to set up the entire tracking system - for maximum efficiency in tracking the url's that convert. (anything specific you need to ask your aff manager in peerfly?, do you also use the adnetwork's pixel tracking? i'm a little confused here..)

        1) I use VPS of BeyondHosting - If you are going to drive 5000-10000 people a day then you have no choice but to use VPS. Shared hosting is too slow and with PPV you need to get the page load time to the minimum possible. Shared hosting is if you want to drive 500 people a day - for serious traffic it's not good enough.

        2)I usually build my own LP or do direct linking,I don't to promote something that I have to insert the lead form into the LP. When I do LP's then it's very basic - I take a printscreen of the offer and then add eye catching things there like animated buttons or stuff like that. With this offer it's direct linking.

        3)I use Prosper202 as tracking.

        4) There is nothing special about that. If you have any specific question I'll gladly answer it but setting up a campaign and the links in P202 and on the PPV platform (Lead impact or TV) is very simple...

            It's still considered "direct linking" when you redirect a user through your Prosper202 link, as long as they're taken directly to the offer page when they click on an ad. In the case of PPV, it's the offer page that appears in the popup window, but you set it up the same way.

      They're pretty good about it these days. I usually get campaigns and keywords approved within a few hours on business days.

    I used to use LeadImpact way back in the day (back then they were called MetricsDirect) and had quite a lot of success with them. I used to have over 200 active campaigns running!

    For some reason though the traffic started getting worse (quality wise) and after about 18 months of steady decline and closing out most of my campaigns I eventually stopped using them and moved on.

    Nice to hear that there is still some life left in that network, I always liked the ease of use (but they were always slow to approve new campaigns).

    Thanks for sharing your story, it's a real motivator.

    Meh :/ I wish I had a good budget to try stuff out, because with 200$ I can't do much... 10$ for hosting, another 10$ for some domains (even if cheap), I know how to do landers but then 180$ are left, so with that I can't test as much as I'd like to and I don't even know if I can find a winner with that.

        I though direct linking didn't work at all with PPV..... I'll be sure to test it out when I get to do PPV, one day......... in some years.... :rolleyes:

        Also, did you get bet conversion rates from LI or TV, and what gave you more traffic??

          I use TV only right now At this moment Lead Impact is history for me, but when I was working with it it did give great convertion rate. About how much traffic - well, TV has more traffic, but Lead Impact has enough traffic for running campaigns. With both of them you can lose your socks if not careful.
