How to Optimize SWF Banner

Hello,
I am trying to create a simple flash banner to upload to Adwords but I am having trouble getting my banner under the 50kb requirement. Can someone please point me in the right direction on where I can optimize my swf file, Thanks.

    You can find a title on Lynda.com called: Flash Banner Ads Best Practices

    If at all possible use all vector content, in the Flash IDE you can the detail of some objects, simplify objects to reduce the number of lines used. Care use of embedded film clips that reuse the same object can save space in some cases.

    There I believe a bitmap compression setting for the swf export function (maybe it was for sound, I haven't used it for a while)
