Great personal CPA offer, how do I go about doing it?

I am a moderately experienced webdeisgner and good with wordpress and have done many local jobs. Recently one of the places I work for told me that they will pay me 80cents for every e-mail lead I generate for the fitness industry. They told me I could do this by offering them 2 free bootcamps (group training classes at over 100 locations nationally). So the process would go something like
1. Random person comes to landing page
2. It advertises 2 free bootcamps and all they have to do is subscribe their email which they can cancel any time.
3. Person puts in email, I capture it and then everyday I collect all the emails and redirect it to the company which sends them the voucher for 2 free bootcamps.

Now here is where my question comes in.
1. How do I build the landing page for this?
*Wordpress landing page, I can buy a good HTML landing page, integrate it into wordpress as a page template and use it as the landing page. I can also SEO this well with YOAST and write up content to rank it for many low competition keywords.
*I can just have a regular one page HTML landing page, though I am unsure how to optimize it for SEO or a particular keyword as all I want is a short simple landing page without stuff going everywhere.
*I can use some sort of landing page building service (e.g. unbounce ). I am worried about how I am going to do the SEO for this but it seems good and has good tracking features and it is also going to be simple for me as I intend to take up many other CPA offers.

I intend to promote this website in the following methods
*Good SEO off low competition keyword for local searches.
*PPC, I am going to advertise on yahoo and bing as I think that will be fairly cheap and traffic will not cost much.
*Going to have a facebook page to promote it through
*I am going to create a youtube video

Also do you guys recommend any good CPA books to get me started for future CPA ventures. I do not hesitate to spend money on anything that helps me learn how to do something better. Just curious, how do you guys build your landing pages and do they rank high?
